After an enormous amount of planning and lots of hard work from the team at Black Country Chamber and Interactive Magazines, it was hugely satisfying to be able to unveil the new PROSPER Magazine!
A red carpet event was held at The Light Cinema in Walsall and was attended by some of the Black Country's key business people including our 'cover story' star, Mayor of The West Midlands, Andy Street.
Guests at the event were treated to a glass of fizz before settling down in a private viewing screen to see what the new PROSPER Magazine is all about and discover some of the unique interactive benefits available from the digital version of the publication.
Chamber CEO, Corin Crane opened the show with an insight into the planning and vision behind the new magazine before handing over to Steve Parker of Interactive Magazines. IM's creative director took the audience through a showcase of features available within the digital version of PROSPER and explained some of the benefits available to readers and advertising partners.
As part of the presentation the Chamber were delighted to welcome Terry Monkton of Kidderminster based, Simworx and Penelope Fox of Blacks Vets to the stage to join Andy Street for a Question & Answer session. The panel answered questions and gave their thoughts on a number of topics including: the perception of the Black Country within the UK, equality and opportunities within the region and the role of the Chamber within the Black Country business community.
After the private screening, guest were presented with printed copies of the new PROSPER Magazine and had the opportunity to network and give their feedback.
We're pleased to say all of the comments were extremely positive and we're already looking forward to the next issue in January!
