SIMWORX, ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH ENGAGE INTERACTIVE AS THEIR SALES AND DISTRIBUTION PARTNER IN SAUDI ARABIA
Simworx, one of the world's leading suppliers of media-based attractions based in Kingswinford, has announced a new exclusive partnership with Engage Interactive, who will become their external sales representative for the Saudi Arabia region, as they look to expand into the country.
With the Saudi Arabian attractions industry expected to expand exponentially in the coming years, Simworx has looked at how they can enhance their presence in this market after having significant success in the UAE in the past and after attending the Saudi Attractions Expos for the last two years.
Simworx CEO, Terry Monkton who was appointed a DIT Regional Export Champion in 2019, said, "I am certain that the partnership will be a huge success and integral to seeing many of Simworx's attractions entertain locals and overseas visitors in the fast-growing Saudi Arabian entertainment sector."
CHARITY CALLS FOR LAW FIRMS TO JOIN ITS ANNUAL ‘MAKE A WILL MONTH
A charity which provides vital care and support for some of the most vulnerable children and families across the West Midlands are appealing for law firms to join its annual 'Make a Will Month' scheme.
Each year Acorns Children's Hospice invites local law firms to become 'Make a Will Month' partners by providing a free will writing service throughout the month of October.
Members of the public who sign up for the scheme are then invited to leave a gift to Acorns in their Will towards the charity's vital work caring for children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.
Ben Gilchrist, Legacy and In-Memory Manager at Acorns, said: "Make a Will Month is a great way for local law firms to give back by playing a crucial role in Acorns fundraising efforts."
LAW FIRM BEST FOR CLIENT SERVICE
FBC Manby Bowdler has been named as one of the top 20 law firms in the West Midlands for the service it provides to clients.
The firm was ranked as one of the leaders in the Legal 500 Client Service Survey, the largest and most comprehensive survey of client satisfaction ever conducted of the UK legal market.
The survey rates areas such as communication, industry and commercial knowledge, efficiency and billing to arrive at a firm's final score. Managing Director Neil Lloyd said he was delighted that the firm's commitment to stellar service had been recognised.
CITYFIBRE ACCELERATES WOLVERHAMPTON'S DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Wolverhampton is celebrating a major milestone in its digital transformation with work now well underway to build a full-fibre network to reach almost every home and business in the city.
CityFibre, the UK's third national digital infrastructure platform, is investing at least £50m in Wolverhampton to deliver the transformational project, as part of its nationwide plan to replace the country's existing networks with gigabit-capable full-fibre connectivity. The company is using modern build techniques to deploy the network quickly while working closely with the City of Wolverhampton Council and local communities to manage disruption and ensure a fast and successful rollout.
Cabinet Member for Resources at City of Wolverhampton Council, Councillor Louise Miles said, "Faster broadband is essential for ensuring businesses remain competitive in an increasingly digital economy."
